I’ve been waiting to try the Century Fishing Eliminator X100 for months and finally got to take it for a test spin over the last couple weeks!
This rod has a lot of potential, and as I trial it more in depth over the next couple weeks, I’ll post a more in-depth review.

Team Captain Ryan Lambert will be returning for the 2026 World Championships!
Ryan, from Angier, NC, is the current United States distance record holder with a cast of 889.36'. Since learning from casting legends like Tommy Farmer and Will Nash, Ryan is now focused on turning the United States team into a perennial contender for GOLD!
While attending the 2025 World Championships, Ryan finished 6th in the overall standings, including a second place finish in the 100g with a cast of 260.20m (863.51'), which is the third longest 100g cast in World Championship history!

Today, we welcome Matt Tuers of Raleigh, North Carolina!
Matt is the President of the Carolina Surf Casters Association (CSCA) and a dedicated competitor in the surf casting sport.
Professionally, Matt's career includes roles in branding, advertising, publicity and sales, and he lends these areas of expertise to the team.
