Every business owner has certain goals they'd like to achieve in their journey. One of mine has been to obtain the highest possible LEED rating on one of my projects. Last week, that goal was achieved and nearly 13 years of work and dedication toward creating the best, most engaging, and most exciting sustainable building projects was validated.

I want to sincerely thank the building owner, Hobbs Brook Management for the opportunity to work with them again and again, and for believing that this project could reach such a lofty goal.

81 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA - The new home of Cambridge Savings Bank - Was awarded LEED PLATINUM for Core & Shell Construction (v3).

The project was designed by Vision3 Architects and built by Columbia Construction. It not only features a beautiful facade and interiors, but sports energy efficient systems, an 700kW canopy-mounted PV array, and a interior tenant space. This building should be a highlight of any area CRE tour!

It will be hard to top this project, but we will!!!

Congratulations to Phase Zero Design for being featured in the New England Real Estate Journal as Project of the Month for the new Nouria Service Center at Boston Logan International Airport! A great project that combines many of the newest sustainable design strategies and technologies. (Maybe the next one won't need the gas pumps!?)
