What a fun morning at Sylvara Anderson! Residents enjoyed a hands-on pasta-making class where they learned the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch.

From filling ravioli and cutting the dough to, of course, enjoying the finished dish, everyone had a wonderful time participating in the process together.

A special thank you to Trixi DeRosa-Davis for sharing her expertise and making the class such an engaging and enjoyable experience for everyone!

Last month, we explored the art of smoking bourbon - an experience that was as fascinating to watch as it was to taste. We also hosted a beautiful flower bouquet workshop, where residents created stunning arrangements.

This Saturday, we’re looking forward to a hands-on pasta-making class.
