We have skipped a few, but, we figured we need to keep people aware of our progress out here and remind them that we are one of the last areas to be rebuilt. We are still going through a lot of 💩! Meet Falk – Our Amazing Volunteer from Germany 🇩🇪 We’d like to introduce you to Falk, our most recent volunteer. He’s spent the past two weeks helping out in our community, and as we speak, he’s on a 10-hour flight home to Germany. It never ceases to amaze us how far some of our volunteers will go—literally and figuratively—to lend a helping hand. Falk isn’t on social media, but he discovered Bat Cave Disaster Relief through Peter Santenello YouTube channel. After learning about what we do, he reached out, booked a flight, and joined us on the ground for two weeks of hard work and service. On his last night, we shared a meal, good talks, and plenty of laughter. Of course, we couldn’t let him leave without one of our famous 3D bats—a small token of our appreciation. What a humbling experience it’s been to have Falk with us. We’re grateful for his kindness, dedication, and adventurous spirit. Wishing him all the best on his journey home!
