This month's Employee Spotlight shines on Joshua from our Broken Bow team.

Joshua’s alignment with our core values is second to none.

The way he communicates with customers, follows up on repairs, and takes ownership of every job has earned a high level of trust within our customer base. Each repair matters to him, and his goal is always to do the job right the first time.

Beyond his technical skill, Joshua is a devoted father and family man. He became a Scout leader to spend more time with his children and serves as troop leader for Trail Life USA Troop OK-98, where all three of his sons are members.
