A little change behind the scenes here at the homestead!

We finally made the switch to fresh-milled flour for our sourdough loaves. Because of this, you may notice our bread looks a little different than before—every batch has its own unique character when working with freshly milled grains.

What hasn’t changed is the care that goes into every loaf and the delicious flavor you’ve come to love. ❤️

Fresh-milled flour allows us to use the whole grain, keeping more of the natural goodness right where it belongs.

Seeing familiar faces each week and meeting new customers is one of our favorite parts of market season. We are truly blessed by this community and thankful for each and every one of you.

🍯 Local honey has become a staple in our home! 🍯

One of our favorite ingredients is honey from Jack's Bees Raw Honey . Not only does it add the perfect touch of sweetness to our homemade granola bars, but we’ve also noticed it seems to help my boy during allergy season.

Every batch of granola bars we make is packed with wholesome ingredients, and using local honey is just one more way we try to support local producers while feeding our family foods we feel good about.

It’s amazing how something so simple can be so versatile—sweetening snacks, drizzled on warm sourdough, stirred into tea, and helping us get through those Texas allergy days a little easier. 🐝❤️
