A Journey Worthwhile
Yesterday was my 1 year Surgiversary!!! I'm so proud of where I am at.... I had another surgery yesterday and am in the process of healing to become even better than before!!!
God is an amazing Heavenly Father!! He has gotten me through so much... I Am So Very Thankful For Him!!
I Want To Thank Everyone For The Love And Support!!! You Honestly Have No Clue How Much it Helps Me Both Mentally, But Also Just Knowing My Support Group Is There!!
My Goal Was To Lose 20lbs By August 15th (Starting May 29th)
Did I reach it!!! No!!! But I did lose 12.4lbs!!
I'm still super excited and totally stoked!!!!
I Am 5lbs from Losing 100lbs
That Is INSANITY!!

This was a small loss month!!! Did I expect it?? Yes Kinda!! Am I still Happy?? Yes, But I'm looking and re-evaluating myself to see where I can improve!! Eating bad is a butt kicker!!
I am 39.2lbs away from my original goal weight and I am 64.2lbs away from my ultimate goal!!!
I will hit these goals!! I also have plenty of time and other tools to start adding!!
There are 9 days until my six month-aversary

Nope... literally am at 4.1 lbs lost!!!!

Justin is addicted to Red Diamond Sweet Tea!!! He Probably Drinks 64oz a day EASY!! That Equates to 560 calories, 136 Grams Of Sugar And 144 Carbs!!

I drink mainly unsweet tea.... But occasionally I do get a half and half tea!!! But I'm pretty sure I'm done now!!!!
That is literally 85% of my allowed daily caloric intake, and right at 4X My daily carb intake... The sugars just make me panic on top of it all!!
This is the biggest corrupter in out diet!! Liquid Stealers!!! I know many of you "just drink water" or "Unsweet tea"... But beware liquid calorie stealers are in many forms ...
Oils, dressings, sauces, other beverages that we consider "healthy"...
Pay attention and always weigh the actual calorie damage .....
