PROUD FRIEND MOMENT ✨ Mayra, the amazing designer behind .nyc just launched a new collection and I’m here for it! I cancelled my Sunday afternoon plans to go take a stroll in Orlando’s beautiful Lake Eola only to purchase the earrings I fell in love with weeks ago just from Mayra’s concept sketch. No, this is not a paid partnership or a request for a collab, it’s simply me drawing hearts around the creative talent and force that is the very valiente Mayra Gutierrez 💗

If you’ve been following Mayra over the last couple of months, you know she’s been walking through a season of grief. Even through the pain, Mayra has showed up consistently with her talent, grit, and her passion to serve each and every one of her customers. So it comes with no surprise that when her customers asked for a new collection—oh did she deliver! 🎉

As my husband and I took on today, I held his hand as I told him the whole story: I want to go to to visit my friend Mayra’s booth to buy some earrings because [ this is where I told him all about it ]. And so, after our morning priority, off we went—even paid for parking—to see the beautiful and creative girl whose smile lights up every room, whose dreams I’m so proud to cheer on, and who in my opinion, is one of the best creatives around 👏

It’s no secret how much I absolutely LOVE 🤗 One of my highlights is always stopping by and catching up with Suzanne from who is also a fellow vendor at in Altamonte Springs. Check out which of her many amazing products we brought home today ✨

Another highlight was seeing and telling her how much we love the highback wing chair we bought from her at the previous market. As a vendor, it always brings me so much joy to hear the stories of the why’s and how’s of things once they get to their new home, so it was great to be able to share the story with Amanda in person 💕
