A plank looks simple.

Until you’re the one holding it.

The shaking starts.
Your mind wants to quit.
Every second feels longer than it should.

And honestly, life can feel a lot like that.

It’s not always the big challenges that test us. Sometimes it’s staying steady through the ordinary moments. The waiting. The uncertainty. The responsibilities that no one else sees.

I’ve learned that true strength isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about staying grounded when everything around you feels unsteady.

That’s what core strength means to me.

Not just strong abs.

A strong center.

The ability to stay calm when life gets chaotic.
To stay focused when distractions pull at you.
To stay true to yourself when the easier choice would be to give up.

As women, we’re often the foundation for so many people around us. The stronger our center, the more resilient we become.

That’s one reason I start my mornings with movement.

I’m not chasing perfection. My goal is to practice being present, staying steady, and building strength from the inside out.

In my journey working with high-achievers, I noticed a recurring pattern. Happy Friday 🤍

The weekend is here, and I’m all for enjoying it.

Good food. Rest. A slower pace. A little fun. All of it matters.

But I also like to remind myself—Friday doesn’t have to turn into “I’ll restart Monday.”

You can enjoy yourself and still feel good on Monday.

You can have the treats, the dinners out, the sleep-ins… without completely losing the habits that keep you feeling like you.

Moderation isn’t restriction.

It’s just not going to extremes and calling it balance.

So this weekend, I’m staying in that middle space.

Living a little. Taking care of myself a little. Not throwing everything out the window just because the schedule loosened up.

Enjoy it… just don’t disappear in it 🤍
