Hey Jelly Bean Parents past & present,

It's Coach Pickles 🙋🏻‍♂️ I know it's been a while since my last post. Many things are happening behind the scenes here at Jelly Bean Sports, and we hope to begin reporting on them soon. Nevertheless, you are still essential to us, regardless of the phase your athlete is now in. We were glad to have had a negligible impact on their journey.

As a parent, coach or sports organization, I thought you might be interested in an article I'm posting tomorrow about youth sports. It's based on my nearly 20 years of research into why so many kids quit sports (70% by age 13!) and what we can do differently.

It introduces some game-changing concepts about how we should approach youth athletics - especially for younger kids.
