I want to show the impact of proper soil health and fertility. This is new construction with sod laid in January of this year. We started managing this property late March, mostly dormant grass pic. The second picture is 7 days ago and 5 days post Polyon 41-0-0 w/acelepryn app. First pic is today, with bad lighting angle, no filters, etc. not a planned photo, I just quickly took it to document the progress. Both pictures are the same height of cut and right after cutting. (There is water in the ditch, that is what that spot is).
You can see the power of Harrell's LLC Polyon, and it is only 2 weeks in. This is only 2 months on completely dead soil to start. 3 apps later and the difference is definitely noticeable. I had 2 neighbors stop while cutting this yard today and ask for cards because they have seen how this yard has become one of the best in the neighborhood! It’s just like the Kelis song, My Polyon brings all the neighbors to the yard! 😁

And if anyone is wondering what we applied, that is the 4th picture, not all of that 😂 though! (The lawn in the 4th pic is also fed with Polyon!! 💪

Andy is rolling in on some of our new equipment for 2026! We now have verticut reels with our new Toro Reelmaster 5200D, which will allow us to really step up our lawns and take them all to the next level. Verticutting is arguably one of the most important cultural practices for Bermuda, therefore verticutting will be part of all our annual full service plans.
