Step 1 — Marinate the chicken

Place chicken fillets in a bowl.

Add salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, crushed garlic, and olive oil.

Mix well, cover, and marinate for 1 hour (or refrigerate longer for deeper flavor).

Step 2 — Cook the chicken

Heat 1 tbsp butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.

Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 4–6 minutes per side).

Step 3 — Prepare the veggies

Take carrots and green beans.

Boil or blanch them for 3–4 minutes until tender.

Sauté quickly in a little butter or oil, sprinkle salt and black pepper. Don’t overcook — keep them slightly crunchy.

Step 4 — Make the creamy cheese sauce

In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add a little chopped or crushed garlic and sauté for a few seconds.

Add 2 tbsp flour and stir constantly to form a smooth paste (roux). Cook for 1 minute.

Gradually pour in the cream and a splash of milk while whisking.

Stir and cook until slightly thick.

Add ½ cup grated cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.

Step 5 — Serve

Place the grilled chicken on a plate and pour the creamy cheese sauce over it.

Add sautéed carrots and green beans on the side, along with fries or salad.

Garnish with extra cheese or parsley if desired.
