Aaron Sims has been part of the All Metals Fabricating team for over 15 years, and his impact can be seen across the shop floor every day. As our Laser Department Lead, Aaron works with a full range of equipment, including Bystronic, Trumpf, and Mazak systems, helping ensure precision and efficiency across every job.
He takes pride in more than just the machines. Aaron is known for stepping in wherever needed: supporting other departments and helping train team members to get the job done right.
