Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake π
INGREDIENTS :
1 Β½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries π
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar π
1 tablespoon lemon juice π
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water π§
1 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs πͺ

Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted π§
24 ounces (3 blocks) cream cheese, softened π§
1 cup granulated sugar π
3 large eggs π₯π₯π₯
1 teaspoon vanilla extract π₯
1 cup sour cream π₯£
ΒΌ cup heavy cream π₯
INSTRUCTIONS :
First, make the strawberry sauce by cooking strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until soft. Mash them, then mix in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Let it cool completely. π
Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake. π₯£
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one, then vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix until just combined. π₯
Pour the cheesecake filling onto the crust. Drop spoonfuls of the cooled strawberry sauce and swirl. π°
Place the springform pan in a water bath and bake until the edges are set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. βοΈ
Serve with extra sauce or fresh strawberries. π

Dorayaki (Japanese Red Bean Pancake) π₯
INGREDIENTS :
2 eggs π₯
70 g sugar π
1 Β½ tbsp honey π―

tsp salt π§
120 g cake flour πΎ
Β½ tsp baking soda
Β½ tsp cooking oil π«
3 tbsp water π§
cooking oil for frying π³
300 g red bean paste (anko) π΄
INSTRUCTIONS :
Whisk eggs, sugar, honey, and salt until combined.
Sift in cake flour and baking soda, whisk until smooth.
Add oil, fold gently.
Add water, whisk briefly.
Refrigerate batter for 15 minutes.
Heat pan on low.
Oil pan lightly.
Pour batter into 8cm circles.
Cook until edges dry and bubbles form.
Flip and cook 40-60 seconds.
Spread anko on one pancake.
Top with another pancake and press.
Rest 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

Cheesy Potato Egg Scramble π³
INGREDIENTS :
4 medium potatoes, diced π₯
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese π§
4 large eggs π₯π₯π₯π₯
Β½ cup milk π₯
Β½ cup cooked ham or bacon, chopped (optional) π₯
ΒΌ cup green onions or chives, chopped πΏ
2 tablespoons butter π§
Salt and pepper, to taste π§
INSTRUCTIONS :
Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add potatoes and cook until golden and crispy.
Add ham or bacon (if using) and heat through.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over potatoes and scramble until cooked.
Sprinkle cheese and cover until melted.
Garnish with green onions or chives.
Serve warm!

Creamy Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes π₯π₯©
INGREDIENTS :
500 g Ground Beef π₯©
1 Egg π₯
80 g Breadcrumbs π
1 tsp Sweet Paprika Powder πΆοΈ
1.5 tsp Salt π§
1 tsp Black Pepper π€
1 diced Onion π§
2 cloves Garlic π§
1 tbsp Tomato Paste π
200 ml Cream π₯
100 ml Vegetable Broth π²
Salt and Pepper π§π€
1 handful Parsley πΏ
1.5 kg Potatoes π₯
100 g Butter π§
100 ml Milk π₯
100 ml Potato Cooking Water π§
1 pinch Nutmeg π°
Salt and Pepper π§π€
INSTRUCTIONS :
Peel and cut potatoes into equal pieces.
Cook in salted water for about 20-30 minutes until soft.
Mash cooked potatoes with potato water, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and sweet paprika powder.
Form small balls (about 25g each).
Fry in oil for about 10 minutes.
Remove meatballs from the pan.
First, sautΓ© the diced onions for the sauce.
Add the garlic and fry briefly.
Add tomato paste, roast briefly, and deglaze with cream and vegetable broth.
Season with salt and pepper and add meatballs.
Simmer covered over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
Garnish the meatballs with chopped parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.

Chipotle Chicken Bowl π₯£π₯
INGREDIENTS :
1 lb Chicken Breast π
1 cup Brown Rice π
1 tbsp Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce πΆοΈ
1/2 cup Black Beans π«
1/2 cup Corn π½
1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped π§
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped π±
Lime Juice π
Salt and Pepper to taste π§
INSTRUCTIONS :
Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and chipotle peppers.
Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked.
Dice the chicken.
In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, black beans, corn, and red onion.
Squeeze lime juice over the bowl and garnish with cilantro.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heavenly Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls π
INGREDIENTS :
3Β½ cups all-purpose flour π

1 packet (2ΒΌ tsp) active dry yeast π₯
1 tsp baking powder π₯
Β½ tsp salt π§
1 cup whole milk, warmed π₯
ΒΌ cup unsalted butter, melted π§
1 large egg π₯
2 tbsp red food coloring π΄
1 tsp vanilla extract π§
Β½ cup unsalted butter, softened π§
ΒΎ cup brown sugar, packed π
2 tbsp ground cinnamon πΏ
Β½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional) π«
8 oz cream cheese, softened π§
Β½ cup unsalted butter, softened π§
4 cups powdered sugar π
2 tsp vanilla extract π§
2β4 tbsp milk (to adjust consistency) π₯
INSTRUCTIONS :
Whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter, food coloring, vanilla, and egg.
Gradually pour wet into dry ingredients, mixing with a spoon or stand mixer.
Add remaining flour until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Knead dough for 8-10 minutes, or 6-8 minutes with a mixer.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1Β½ hours.
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for filling.
Roll out risen dough into a rectangle.
Spread filling over dough, leaving a border.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional).
Roll dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 pieces.
Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
