Get informed about your District! District 7 Candidates Forum is an opportunity to hear from your elected official options on September 18

The Democratic Party of Bernalillo County is sponsoring a candidates forum on Saturday, September 18 from 10:00am to 11:30am in the private meeting room at O'Niells Pub on the corner of Washington and Lomas.  If attending in person at O'Niell's, you must be vaccinated and must wear a mask.

The forum will also be conveniently broadcast live on Zoom. Register in advance for this meeting. Virtual room opens at 9:30am Mtn time and can be accessed from the comfort of your own headphones!

We also have an event this weekend I have attached a flier for as well! Attend both, and make an informed choice this November 2nd election. This election is very important to our neighborhood and our city.

Why I live here! If you look closely you can see the Sandia Peak Trams, one going up and one descending. At one point the tram hangs about 1500 feet above the ground.

I have deep ties in District 7. A large part of my family lives here as our family has for several generations back (15 in my case) 🤷🏾‍♂️

We met them at Twin Parks for National Night Out. This was also a great night as I got to speak with the Albuquerque Heavy Rescue department as hear their valid concerns out in full. We had a lively discussion and I promise to support them as best as I can with training and staffing if elected. They are currently in great need of new recruits and we encourage all interested to apply for AFD. Thank you for all that you do!

As an owner I understand the challenges that face our local businesses. I am a strong advocate of helping to support our small businesses during these challenging times.
