Don't find out too late a "simple" diy repair was anything but. Let my years of frustration make it look easy.
Called about this 10 year old dryer thumping loudly. Every now and again, it's something sucked into the blower, but most frequently it's this; a deformed roller wheel.

Niche opened, waterline valve and dishwasher tail piece installed, dishwasher fit, mounted, and tested.
Running quiet and leak free.

Accent wall for a regular client. Crispy.

A lot of material in front of it's target;
This shed's floor has been rotting from a combination of slow to recede ground water and water passing into the door gap.
Building a storm drain emptying into sand 1.5' beneath the foundation, replacing the floor and building an awning over the door.

Client wanted the 30' long bed and overgrowth removed, and grass seeded.
Had the planter beams up and scything down the over growth when I smelled the mint... there were only three woody roots, but there were mint rhizomes from end to end.
Added 3yds of topsoil to level it before seeding.

A story in too many parts:
Install burrowing rodent prevention, a patio foundation, remove the 5'×8' planter box and carry over its topsoil, reconfigure the planting area shape, and construct the greenhouse.
Phew.
Now onto installing leuvered vents, trellis, shelving, and tool storage...
