We are proud to announce the launch of the D.O.P.E. Leadership Academy, an exciting new initiative designed exclusively for graduating high school seniors. This dynamic, four-week leadership cohort will prepare incoming college freshmen to lead with purpose, confidence, and excellence as they transition into higher education.

The D.O.P.E. Leadership Academy will offer a transformative experience that equips students with essential skills in communication, critical thinking, team building, and community engagement. Participants will learn from inspiring mentors, collaborate with peers, and take part in hands-on leadership projects that lay the foundation for lifelong success.

This is more than a program, it's a movement. It's about shaping leaders who are Driven, Optimistic, Purposeful, and Empowered.
