🍩 Baked Double Chocolate Donuts (oil free, gluten free, vegan) 🍩
SNACK ATTACK! This donut was so light yet perfectly chocolatey with just enough sweet. This is the perfect snack for when you want to feed that PMS monster 👹 but want to avoid the junk 🙅🏻‍♀️

Dry ingredients:
3/4 c oat flour
3/4 c almond flour
1/4 c potato starch
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 c + 1 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder
3/4 c vegan dark chocolate chips (I used )

Wet Ingredients:
1 smashed banana (90g)
1/2 c maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 c plant milk (I used pea milk)
Combine wet & dry ingredients & stir in chocolate chips. Pipe into greased/sprayed donut molds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15mins. Eat as is or add your favorite glaze!

🍪 Soft Baked Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Oat Cookies (v/gf) 🍪
I’ve been testing basic chocolate chip cookies forever but nothing ever stuck as a perfectly consistent Go-To recipe. UNTIL THESE FU***NG GLORIOUS ASS COOKIES. Gluten Free, Vegan & sweetened with maple syrup, these chicks are stay soft & taste so perfectly traditional ... plus they are so easy & require just one bowl.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour
3 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup GF rolled oats
Dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. Combine wet ingredients. In the same bowl (or separately) sift in dry ingredients except oats & chocolate chips. Once combined stir in oats & chocolate chips.
Roll into about 20 balls & place on a lined cookie sheet (I’ve been loving my silicone liners from ). Bake for 10mins & let cool for 10-15mins before serving.
