ADU backyard living 💫 - Client’s wants: large ADU for undefined backyard; exterior access to one room with ensuite bathroom to utilize as office separate from existing residence… BLVd delivered: 1,073sf 2 bed/ 2 bath space. Also staked out back yard to educate the client on spatial awareness knowing that not everyone lives in our world; just another part of our end-to-end approach… 🏡

Great fixer upper with some great finds… the story goes that the owner of many years had passed away & the house was sold. One evening whilst visiting i stumbled across a black trash bag and inside found slides of hers of family vacations and other photos one of which was the last photo here: herself infront of this house!!… 💫
