Great Italian food. Rigatoni Bolognese.

Day two of a six day vegan/detox with

Homemade Pasta carbonara. Very easy to make. I used ham@and bacon because that is what I had on hand. In addition it calls for Pecorino Romano cheese but I only had Parmesan. Still was fantastic.

Tuscan Black Pepper Beef Stew, mashed potatoes and mushrooms and asparagus. Enjoy!!
