PINK CHAMPAGNE MARGARITAS
I love a marg and this has sprung written all over it!!!!

Ingredients
1 cup Champagne or prosecco
2 cups Pink lemondade
1/2 cup Tequila (*your favorite kind!)
1/2 cup Triple sec
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
Lime wedge, for garnish
Kosher salt, for garnish

Instructions
In a large pitcher combine champagne, lemonade, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice.
Next, take a cocktail class a rub the rim of the glass with the lime wedge. Take the rim and rub it around a plate filled with kosher salt.

Fill the same cocktail with ice and pour the pink champagne margarita mixture into the glass. Repeat process until all the mixture has been used. Cheers!

Pink Starburst Margarita Jungle Juice!

🍍 Hawaiian Hammer Jello Shots 🌺
When you want a tropical island vacation but only have a muffin tin and a mini-fridge—these jello shots hit harder than a luau limbo stick. Sweet, fruity, and dangerously easy to devour.

🧾 Ingredients (Makes about 12-16 shots):
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup coconut rum
1/4 cup 151-proof rum (Don Q or similar — careful, it kicks)
1/4 cup banana liqueur
1/4 cup grenadine (for that signature layered look)
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (or sub with flavored pineapple gelatin for extra pop)
Optional: whipped cream, mini umbrellas, or tiny beach vibes for garnish

🍹 Instructions:
1 Juice Base: In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice and orange juice. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and let it sit (bloom) for about 2 minutes.
2 Heat it gently over medium heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves completely. Don’t boil.
3 Remove from heat and stir in the coconut rum, 151 rum, and banana liqueur.
4 Layered Look: Pour a small amount of grenadine into each shot cup first (just enough for a base layer). Let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5 Top it up with the boozy gelatin mixture. Refrigerate for 4+ hours until fully set.
6 Garnish if desired with a cherry, pineapple wedge, or cocktail umbrella

Blackberry Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients:
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz blackberry liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Ice
• Blackberries (for garnish)
• Lemon wedge (for garnish)
• Sugar (for ri***ng the glass)

Instructions:
1. Rim a martini glass with sugar by rubbing a lemon wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice.
3. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
4. Strain into the prepared glass.
5. Garnish with fresh blackberries on a cocktail pick and a lemon wedge.
6. Serve and enjoy!
