a summer "vacation" 🌞😎✌🏻
I'm taking a break from social media again this summer to slow down and spend more uninterrupted + unplugged time with my husband and kids 🥰

I have such a specific memory of sitting in the backseat of my grandparents' car while this song played on a CD, so when this song suddenly started playing on Spotify this afternoon, I decided to grab my guitar & head outside to record it. 💛
And while I can't go on a car ride with my grandparents anymore, I can listen to this song & thank them (+ Jesus) for their witnesses of faith and how deeply their lives have impacted my own faith journey.
I pray that one day when I'm gone from this earth, my kids and grandkids will have such precious memories to hang onto of listening + jamming to praise music in the car with me. 🙏🏻
