Harvesting to create specialty coffee. In order to produce coffee of high quality, we have to make sure that the tree stays healthy. Therefore nurturing it becomes a crucial part. Once the cherries have changed their color all around it is time for harvesting.

The large coffee cherries are an indication that the harvesting season is quickly approaching. Even though they aren’t ripe, at an altitude of 2,045 meters above sea level the cherries turn into their beautiful red colors within the next two weeks. Chanzo Coffee is very excited about the upcoming yields for specialty coffee. What we have seen today looks very impressive!
