Twenty years ago, we began with a simple idea.
Connecting people to opportunity.

In the early years, much of the work revolved around graduate fairs. Rooms filled with young graduates, conversations about careers, and companies looking for their next generation of talent.

Some of the earliest partnerships included organizations like Citibank and Uganda Telecom. Those relationships were important in the early years.
In 2008 we supported our first nationwide market-facing project as a client entered the Ugandan market. It was one of the early moments where the scale of the work began to grow.

Over time, partnerships also formed with organizations such as Deloitte to organize the Best Graduate Employer Awards, recognizing companies investing in young professionals.

Over the years more than 1,700 graduates have been connected to employment opportunities.

Many first walked into a graduate fair looking for their first opportunity. Today they are professionals working across different industries.
