The Programs Manager Balimwezo Community Foundation briefing the beneficiaries of the Lighting the Ghettos bursaries before setting off to Enlight Vocational Institute where 10 young people from the 5 divisions of Kampala ghettos are going to acquire skills for free in electrical installation so as to work on installation and maintenance of the solar lights that were donated to their communities by Signify Foundation through Balimwezo Community Foundation and Enlight Vocational Institute.
