Mini Oreo Pancakes 😍

These Oreo pancakes are super soft and are actually made with Oreos in the batter! They’re topped with a sweet icing and they’re really easy to make 🥰

Pancake Batter:
160g self-raising flour
25g cocoa powder
50g Oreos, finely crushed
1 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs, room temp
25g melted butter
220ml milk, room temp

Glaze:
20g icing sugar
1 tsp milk

Makes around 30 mini pancakes. Feel free to half the recipe to make less ❤️
