Для робочої групи міжнародного проєкту HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 (LINKSROUACBE) Партнера 1 – Чернівецького торговельно-економічного інституту ДТЕУ квітень став місяцем науки і міжнародних заходів, розробки навчальних програм й обміну досвідом.
For the working group of the international project HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 (LINKSROUACBE) of Partner 1 –Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE, April turned out to be a month of science and international events, development of educational programs and exchange of experience.

Очікувані результати виконання рекомендацій, викладених у резолюції круглого столу «Менеджмент транскордонної взаємодії прикордонних регіонів ЄС: освіта і цифрові рішення у відповідь на фінансово-економічні виклики»:
 посилення взаємодії між органами влади, закладами освіти, бізнесом та молоддю у сфері транскордонного співробітництва;
 формування практичних пропозицій щодо впровадження цифрових рішень у регіональному розвитку;
 підвищення рівня залученості студентів до обговорення стратегічних питань та їх участі у міжнародних проєктах;
 розвиток професійних, цифрових і міжкультурних компетентностей молоді;
 створення передумов для реалізації нових транскордонних ініціатив та освітніх проєктів.

Expected results of implementing the recommendations set out in the resolution of the round table “Management of cross-border interaction of EU border regions: education and digital solutions in response to financial and economic challenges”:
 strengthening interaction between authorities, educational institutions, business and youth in the field of cross-border cooperation;
 formation of practical proposals for the implementation of digital solutions in regional development;
 increasing the level of involvement of students in discussing strategic issues and their participation in international projects;
 development of professional, digital and intercultural competences of young people;
 creation of prerequisites for the implementation of new cross-border initiatives and educational projects.

Усі учасники спільно ухвалили резолюцію круглого столу «Менеджмент транскордонної взаємодії прикордонних регіонів ЄС: освіта і цифрові рішення у відповідь на фінансово-економічні виклики», де подали рекомендації для влади, освіти й бізнесу:
 розвивати спільні цифрові платформи та інноваційні лабораторії;
 формувати сталі партнерства для реалізації транскордонних проєктів;
 забезпечувати включення студентів до практичної діяльності (стажування, проєкти, дослідження);
 підтримувати молодіжні ініціативи як драйвер інноваційного розвитку регіонів.
All participants jointly adopted the resolution of the round table “Management of cross-border interaction of EU border regions: education and digital solutions in response to financial and economic challenges”, which provided recommendations for authorities, education and business:
 develop joint digital platforms and innovation laboratories;
 form sustainable partnerships for the implementation of cross-border projects;
 ensure the inclusion of students in practical activities (internships, projects, research);
 support youth initiatives as a driver of innovative development of regions.

На завершення заходу заступниця директора УТЕІ ДТЕУ, к.е.н., доцент Наталія Василиха підбила підсумки, узагальнивши основні результати дискусії, а також окреслила перспективи подальших досліджень і практичної реалізації напрацьованих ідей. Учасники круглого столу підтверджують готовність до подальшої співпраці, розвитку партнерств та активного залучення студентської молоді до формування інноваційного майбутнього прикордонних регіонів.

At the end of the event, Deputy Director of the UITE SUTE, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Nataliia Vasylykha summed up the results, summarizing the main results of the discussion, and also outlined the prospects for further research and practical implementation of the ideas developed. The participants of the round table confirm their readiness for further cooperation, development of partnerships and active involvement of student youth in shaping the innovative future of border regions.

Під час експертної дискусії учасники акцентували увагу на необхідності посилення міжсекторальної взаємодії, впровадження інноваційних підходів у підготовці фахівців та розширення можливостей міжнародного партнерства. Захід став ефективною платформою для обміну досвідом, налагодження професійних контактів і формування практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності прикордонних регіонів в умовах сучасних викликів.

During the expert discussion, the participants focused on the need to strengthen inter-sectoral interaction, implement innovative approaches in training specialists and expand the opportunities for international partnership. The event became an effective platform for exchanging experience, establishing professional contacts and forming practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of border regions in the face of modern challenges.

The moderator of the event was Valeria Peniuk, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the CHITE SUTE, Trainer-Teacher of the HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 project.

Студентка Ужгородського торговельно-економічного інституту ДТЕУ Даніела Решетар у своїй доповіді розкрила тему «Гранти ЄС як інструмент розвитку молоді прикордонного регіону (на прикладі Закарпаття)».

Student of the Uzhhorod Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE Daniela Reshetar in her report revealed the topic "EU grants as a tool for developing youth in the border region (using the example of the Transcarpathian region)".

Депутат Закарпатської обласної ради Денис Ман, виконавчий директор Асоціації органів місцевого самоврядування «ТеРА», аспірант УжНУ, розповів про власний досвід реалізації транскордонних ініціатив, впровадження цифрових рішень та розвиток регіональної політики.
Тема: «Процес планування регіонального розвитку із урахуванням регіональних стратегій та планів заходів з їх реалізації».

Deputy of the Transcarpathian Regional Council Denys Man, Executive Director of the Association of Local Governments "TeRA", a postgraduate student of UzhNU spoke about his own experience in implementing cross-border initiatives, implementing digital solutions and developing regional policy.
Topic: "The process of planning regional development taking into account regional strategies and action plans for their implementation".

Представниця відділу освіти Ужгородського району Закарпатської області Олена Ганич поглиблено розкрила «Європейський вектор розвитку освіти прикордонних територій в контексті транскордонного партнерства (на прикладі Холмківської громади)».

The representative of the Department of Education of the Uzhhorod district for the Zakarpattia region, Olena Hanych, in-depth revealed the "European vector of education development of border territories in the context of cross-border partnership (on the example of the Kholmkiv community)".

З імпульсною доповіддю виступила доцентка кафедри менеджменту, маркетингу і логістики ЧТЕІ ДТЕУ Юлія Урсакій, тренер-викладач проєкту HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043. Тема: «Імплементація технологій штучного інтелекту для оптимізації бізнес-процесів підприємств».

The impulse report was delivered by the Associate Professor of the CHITE SUTE Department of Management, Marketing and Logistics, Yulia Ursakiy, trainer-teacher of the HUSKROUA/23/RS/3.1/043 project. Topic: "Implementation of Artificial Intelligence technologies for optimizing business processes of enterprises".

Координатор проєкту LINKSROUACBE Партнера 1 – Чернівецького торговельно-економічного інституту ДТЕУ професор Юрій Королюк детально розповів усі особливості власного досвіду керування проєктом Interreg: від реалізації до освітнього ефекту.

The coordinator of the LINKSROUACBE project of Partner 1 –Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE, Professor Yurii Koroliuk, spoke in detail about all the features of his own experience in managing the Interreg project: from implementation to educational effect.
