I just came across this pic. It's Shimmeristic Enterprises very first Balloon Arc. Hands at work and balloon bursting fears were cast aside to accomplish this that day...Christmas Dinner- 2012. I think we did well.

Christmas Theme.

Location: Bishops and Trinity College East (Hall), Trincity

Hired by: PTA team -Newtown Boys RC School

Stage decoration with Central Focal Point; table for award presentations decorations by Shimmeristic Enterprises. The Gold backdrop included.

Ticket Management at Entrance to the event. (We assigned a team of 4 persons.

Balloon Arc at entrance- Red and Green

Bartenders and Bar Management (4 persons assigned)

Table Cloths and Table Centre Pieces/Table Decor

Table cloths for Catering Tables

Table Cloth draping- Awards display tables

Palm Plant (rentals) for room and stage decor

Working with Catering team to ensure smooth operation during the event

Working with the Sound engineer person to ensure the sond effects/ mic system is optimal during the event.

Post event duties.
