Peynir Tabağı

Yerel üreticilerden temin ettiğimiz Trakya eski kaşar, Obruk ve Bergama tulum peynirlerini, kendi hazırladığımız portakal pektiniyle eşleştiriyoruz.
Baguette ekmekten yapılan krutonlar ve taze üzümlerle birlikte servis ediyoruz.

Günün her saatine eşlik edebilecek bir başlangıç olarak sunuluyor.

Cheese Plate

A selection of local cheeses — aged Trakya cheddar, Obruk, and Bergama tulum — paired with our house-made orange pectin. Served with baguette croutons and fresh grapes.

Served as a versatile starter, perfect any time of day.

Tiftik Burger

Dana kaburgaları, bir gün önceden hazırladığımız ilikli kemik suyunda saatlerce kısık ateşte pişiriyoruz.
Tel tel ayrılan etleri, günler süren emekle elde ettiğimiz demi-glace sosla buluşturuyoruz.

Mornay sos ve kırmızı soğan turşusuyla birlikte, tereyağlı burger ekmeğinde servis ediyoruz.

Tıftık Burger

We slow-cook beef ribs for hours in a rich bone marrow broth prepared the day before. The shredded meat is finished with our house-made demi-glace, developed over several days.

Topped with mornay sauce and pickled red onions, and served in a buttered burger bun.
