🎤 Today we are announcing Isabel Ramos as a speaker at 𝗤-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, in 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝟰 (𝗘𝗡) – 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (4:30 pm).

📜 Isabel Ramos is an Associate Professor (PhD, Habilitation) at the Department of Information Systems of the Universidade do Minho, in Portugal. She has a PhD in Information Systems and , specialization in Systems Engineering and Management, since 2001. Isabel Ramos is the Chair of the Department of Information Systems. She is also the President of the Portuguese Association for Information Systems.

Internationally, Isabel Ramos is the Chair of the Technical Committee 8 (Information Systems) of IFIP – International Federation for Information Systems. She is the Vice-President of Membership of the Association for Information Systems.

Isabel Ramos received several international awards for her research and contributions. She advises several Ph.D. and Master dissertations in the areas of Knowledge and Management and IST for Organizational Resilience. She is the principal researcher in several projects in with Portuguese companies and governmental agencies, as well as in European-funded projects. She is co-author / co-editor of 9 and more than 150 scientific and technical papers.

📜 Filipe Marques is Chapter Lead at Data Analytics and AI at Siemens. With a background in Informatics Engineering and keen for new , Filipe Marques has been nurturing the growth of Siemens’ and AI ecosystem. The company now focuses increasingly on initiatives to transform the everyday to create a better tomorrow.

With almost 15 years of experience, Filipe Marques started his career at Accenture in a technical role but quickly expanded his focus to include developing people and fostering collaborations with clients and partners. His data-driven approach and enthusiasm for AI have been key drivers of his career.

📜 Sandro Mendonça é Professor no Departamento de Economia do Iscte Business School / Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. É ainda Professor Convidado do ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management - Universidade de Lisboa, em Portugal, e Professor Visitante do Departamento de University of Insubria, em Itália.

Foi Diretor Científico da área “Ciência e Sociedade” do CYTED (Programa Ibero-Americano de e ) e integrou o Conselho de Administração da ANACOM, o regulador português das comunicações (espectro, telecomunicações, correios, infraestruturas, ). No Brasil, é assessor da Anatel - Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações, o organismo regulador das telecomunicações, e em Portugal é assessor do CNCS, a autoridade nacional de . É membro do comité técnico 223 das normas de IA (International Standards Organization IECJTC1/SC42).
