Energy isn’t something abstract — it’s something we feel every day.

As a sound healer, I experience energy as a living vibration. It’s in our thoughts, emotions, words, the spaces we walk into, and the people we meet. In simple terms, energy is the frequency we carry and share.

Some energy feels light, calm, and uplifting — it brings clarity and ease.
Some feels heavy, draining, or tense — often linked to stress or emotional weight.

We’re constantly picking up energy, from our surroundings and from within ourselves.

We tend to absorb positive energy naturally when we’re in peaceful environments, around kind people, in nature, or through practices like breathing, meditation, or sound. It helps us feel restored.

At the same time, we can also take on heavier energy — especially when we’re tired, open, or not fully grounded. It happens, and it’s completely human.

You might notice it as sudden fatigue, a heavy feeling, or just not quite feeling like yourself.

Taking care of your energy starts with simple awareness.
Pay attention to how you feel. Choose spaces that support you. Take a step back when you need to. Come back to your breath, to stillness, to yourself. And don’t be afraid to set gentle boundaries.

There’s nothing to fight or blame — just a quiet return to your center.

You’re not here to carry everything.
You’re here to take care of your own energy.
