Dear all,
If any company wants to sell diesel, please consider the following topics: 1. Have a sales team with knowledge and experience that is ready to be contacted during business hours (or longer than business hours would be best because the business partner and the refinery are located in different countries. Therefore, your working hours must be adjusted to match the business partner's working hours, which may be later or earlier than Thailand time).
2. There should be an authorized person who is ready to make preliminary decisions according to the terms of the sales contract of each refinery who has the authority to decide and agree on preliminary terms before the buyer issues ICPO: Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order.
3. There should be a clear sales period for each step specified in the Procedures, plus or minus controllable time.
4. Request a guarantee for the sale by Escrow for both parties because this method is the most certain form of success in trading.
5. The sales representative should be the only person who can manage and send information and can communicate in English with a deep understanding.
6. The management team must be available 24 hours a day for the responsibility of the oil trading. Therefore, I would like to inform everyone who wants to sell to consider their readiness before going to the world market.
