Influential Nakhon Pathom kamnan surrenders to police, gunman still at large

Education Minister, Pol Gen Permpoon Chidchob, walked away from reporters when asked about the Red Bull Heir case today. Yesterday, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) found 15 senior officials guilty of mishandling the 2012 hit- and-run involving Red Bull scion Vorayuth "Boss" Yoovidhya. Pol Gen Permpoon is among those found guilty by the NACC, although his offense was classified as a non-serious disciplinary violation, as stated by NACC Secretary-General Niwatchai Kasemmongkol. Permpoon had endorsed the decision to drop all charges against Vorayuth in June 2020
