4. Appointed to SPLM National Liberation Council
5. Appointed SPLM PB.
6. Appointed as Member of National Legislative Assembly.
7. Appointed deputy minister for public services, labour and human resources
8. Appointed as Governor of Boma State.
9. Was given billions of dollars to build himself a modern house in Juba and abroad.

He dishonoured all these and was still backfiring SPLM.

PRESIDENT KIIR MEETS LEADERS OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS: DISCUSS ECONOMIC RECOVERY PROGRAM

Juba, 20th October 2023- President Kiir on Friday met with the Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Baranaba Bak and the Governor of the Bank of South Sudan Dr. James Alic Garang, to deliberate on the current State of the economy.

President Kiir encouraged both Finance Minister and Central Bank Governor to work together to improve and stabilise the country's economy for the wellbeing of citizens.

Minister Bak said they briefed the President on their recent participation at the World Bank Group-IMF conference in Morocco, which centred on building Economic resilience and securing transformational reform in member states.

Governor Alic on his side said while in Morocco, they engaged different stakeholders in advancing the capacity of financial institutions in South Sudan.

The Bank's Governor further noted that they have come up with economic policies geared towards stabilising the national economy.
