Unity is our strength, and today Greater Yirol stood as one (Three Counties of Awerial, Yirol East and Yirol West respectively).

Our sincere appreciation goes to the wrestlers of Awerial and Yirol East, the leadership, coaches, and the entire Greater Yirol community for standing shoulder to shoulder with Yirol West against Bor County. Together, we are stronger.

Wrestling is more than a sport, it is a symbol of our brotherhood, solidarity, cultural identity, and collective pride. This victory belongs not only to Yirol West County but to the entire Greater Yirol community. It marks an important step toward restoring Yirol West’s historic wrestling legacy and regaining the momentum it proudly held in Juba over the years.

Regardless of our individual responsibilities, supporting our wrestlers and preserving our rich cultural heritage remains a shared duty and collective responsibility.
