BREAKING NEWS:
President Kiir has appointed Monday Semaya Kumba as Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation replacing Ramadan Abdhalla Goch.
Semaya was sacked as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation before his appointment in a separate Presidential decree read on state-owned TV, SSBC.
