AtungDiak the three-horn mandasi (Daboo):

In the streets of Bor town, where life's a test,
A hero emerges, with a noble quest,
AtungDiak, the Daboo, with horns so bright,
Saves lives with honor, in the dark of night.

With three horns shining, like beacons in the night,
AtungDiak rides forth,In Langbaar, Hai-Salaam, and Hai-Machuor's streets,
It's brings hope and peace, to those who meet.

Panjak's busy roads, and Marol market's throng,
Tibek's vibrant life, and Leudier's song,
Lek-Yak's community, and Pan-Bor's large heart,
All benefit from AtungDiak's noble work and art.

It's motto echoes, through the land so free,
"AtungDiak, we hope for better days to see,"
A symbol of hope, in times of strife,
A reminder that kindness, can be a guiding life.

With every ride, he takes, through Bor's busy streets,
AtungDiak brings joy, and banishes defeat,
This Daboo' three horns, a symbol of the might,
A protector of the people, through the dark of night.

AtungDiak's legacy, will live on and on,
A hero's story, that will forever be sung,
In the hearts of the people, it's memory will stay,
A shining example, of kindness every day.

So let's honor AtungDiak, and it noble deed,
A true hero, who brings hope and peace to all he meets,
May this Daboo's three horns, forever shine so bright,

✍🏽 A Call for Justice, Unity, and Hope in South Sudan

My brothers and sisters of South Sudan,

The case of Dr. Riek Machar, the First Vice President, should not just be about him as a person. It should be about us as a nation and about the credibility of our justice system. If our judiciary handles this matter with fairness, transparency, and independence, then we, the people, will finally begin to smell the fresh scent of hope in our land.

But if our judiciary is seen as corrupt, biased, or favoring one group over another, then the very heart of our nation will continue to bleed. The world will keep looking at us as a country trapped in tribal divisions rather than a nation of dignity and honor.

We must remind ourselves: we are one people.
We were not created Dinka, Nuer, Shilluk, Murle, Bari, or Balanda so that we can hate each other. We were created South Sudanese so that we can serve one another. Yet today, many of us have chosen to see our leaders through tribal eyes instead of national eyes. That is why every time we try to move forward, tribalism drags us backward.

Tribalism has given birth to corruption.
Corruption has given birth to nepotism.
Nepotism has given birth to insecurity.
And insecurity has chased away agriculture, blocked investment, and left us poorer and hungrier than ever.

But let me ask you, my fellow South Sudanese: Who benefits from this?
Does any tribe truly benefit from the hunger of another tribe?
Does any family gain from the suffering of their neighbors?
The truth is simple—no one benefits from division. Instead, we inherit scars, we pass them down to our children, and the cycle of pain continues from one generation to the next.

This is why justice must be seen and felt by all. Justice for Dr. Riek Machar. Justice for every suspect. Justice for every citizen, no matter their tribe or position. Because justice is not about the powerful; it is about the people. And when justice is done, hope will rise again in our hearts, and the
