We are excited to invite a second round of applications for the JDI Associates Program, our flagship leadership and professional development program for final-year students, recent graduates and emerging young professionals.

Over a three-month period, selected Associates will receive structured leadership development, practical work experience, mentorship and the opportunity to contribute to initiatives advancing justice, human rights, civic engagement and social development in Somalia.
