We all have different drives and capabilities. Try to understand the potential capability of someone before setting an expectation😊
Always hold people accountable to their potential and not to your standards. Your standards could be high for them or could even be low and it's unfair to subject them to what you want by pushing them to neglect what they can be.
Don't mistake what is easy for you to do as what is generally easy for everyone else. Some things come easy to you because of your nature or abilities. Everyone has their strengths and limitations and as soon as you understand that, you will start having productive relationships with people whiles keeping your expectations at a realistic level🙌🏾
