Burkina Faso's president Ibrahim Traore wants to bring all Africa countries together under a new organization called. THE AFRO UNION which will replace the AFRICAN UNION. ๐
His vision includes establishing a single currency, A unified system and a Visa free travel for all Africa countries.
Captain Traore believes that Africa has sufficient resources to sustain it self without depending on the U.S and other European countries. How ever some Africa countries have refused to accept this idea fearing they will lose their power.....
YEAH. We don't in anyway expected them to accept the IDEA Mr Traore. The economy is not affecting this people. Most of their kids are not even in the country as we speak, they stay abroad, with good security, good hospitals, attending good schools, good electricity and all that. (It is only in Africa that hospitals will allow a pregnant woman d!e simply because she can't afford hospital charges) But what must be done, must be done. Their time is near and they will not just lose power but they will also face justice and answer for all the cr!mยฃs they have been committing...
WE ARE SAYING NO MORE TO FRANCE AND AMERICA. NOW IS THE TIME FOR AFRICA TO SERVE THE INTEREST OF IT'S PEOPLE

DIG Senesi Breaks Ground for Modern Medical Facilities at Kingtom Police Hospital
Kingtom, Freetown, Friday 17 April 2026 โ The Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), Mr Sahr Yomba Senesi, has officially turned the sod for the construction of a modern medical facility to house a blood bank, dental clinic and eye care unit at the Kingtom Police Hospital.
The groundbreaking ceremony drew members of the Executive Management Board, hospital staff, media practitioners and other key stakeholders. Notable attendees included the Director of Medical Services, Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Dr Mohamed Ishmael Jalloh; the Director of Support Services, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Alieu Turay; and the Deputy Director of Medical Services and Medical Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Dr John Mumuneh Konteh.
Delivering his keynote address, DIG Senesi conveyed greetings from the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr William Fayia Sellu, who was unable to attend due to other pressing national engagements.
He expressed his delight in officiating the ceremony, describing the project as a significant step towards enhancing healthcare delivery within the Sierra Leone Police. He noted that the establishment of dental, eye care and blood bank facilities would ease the burden on personnel seeking specialised medical services, while also strengthening emergency response capabilities and improving the overall wellbeing of officers and their families.
DIG Senesi further emphasised that the continued upgrading of police medical infrastructure reflects the IGPโs strong commitment to personnel welfare. Reflecting on his earlier years of service, he recalled working at the hospital in the early 2000s, describing it as a place where he โcut his teethโ in administration.
In his welcome address, the Director of Medical Services, AIG Dr Mohamed I Jalloh, commended the IGP and the Executive Management Board for their sustained efforts in transforming Police Medical Services. He highlighted ongoing developments at the hospital, including the construction of a mortuary and other key projects.
Also speaking at the event, ACP Alieu Turay described the ceremony as another major milestone for the Sierra Leone Police. He referenced several infrastructural initiatives undertaken under his supervision, including the recently completed mortuary, and assured stakeholders that the new facility would be delivered promptly.
He stressed that effective policing goes beyond law enforcement, underscoring the importance of prioritising the health and welfare of personnel through the development of internal medical facilities.
ASP Dr John Mumuneh Konteh, in his remarks, described the occasion as historic. He noted that the blood bank would play a critical role during emergencies, while the dental clinic would significantly improve oral healthcare services for police personnel. He also commended the IGP for his continued support towards staff welfare.
The ceremony concluded with the symbolic turning of the sod, marking the commencement of construction works on the new facility.

The Lawyersโ Society has noted that they firmly believed the comments made by Zainab Sheriff in the exercise of her right to expression and opinion should not have led to criminal prosecution, particularly because the Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) had imposed a fine (the questionable legality of the fine notwithstanding) which was duly paid by the opposition party, the All Peopleโs Congress (APC).
Nice step by both parties
