Postpartum Depression (PPD) is real. It affects many mothers, and it is not a sign of weakness. It is a health condition that deserves attention, care, and support.

At Safe Mothers Initiative, we are committed to raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and supporting mothers and families in our communities. No mother should feel alone or ashamed to speak up about how she feels.
