earthLAB Studio is proud to partner with Stockholm-based interdisciplinary artist Ayesha Quraishi. Operating at the interface of the archaic and the contemporary, this collaboration adapts traditional earth-building techniques for the modern world—extending architectural structures into the realms of interior objects and artistic expression. By merging earthLAB’s material expertise with Quraishi’s vision of art as a force that shapes reality, we aim to craft objects and environments that engage the senses and re-examine the intersections of memory, systems, and the built environment.

Test #2, earth cyilinder. We are developing a series of light sculptures made of rammed earth. The minimalistic LED light blends with the heaviness of the earth creating an elegant contrast. Let us know what do you think.
