To 3 wonderful young adults, and my 4'th baby - the Familysmart Workplace idea that 2010 became a book, starting an exciting, challenging and also rewarding entrepreneurial journey. Exploring the idea on a global arena.
Now we know how the FamSmart base idea is applicable in all companies and countries, to transform leader attitudes and workplace cultures everywhere. Increasing , , , , - a concrete action for more social and economic .
Now we know how to grow the idea further.

”A different perspective”… "A new thinking.."
Actually not new. But we don’t think and talk so much about it. A hidden resource to the leadership and self leadership needed.
Landing after-webinar impressions with Margareta Thorson, who has focus on D&I, Leadership Development, Culture and Change Management etc at Fujitsu. She invited employees in Sweden to the Lunch & Learn webinar ”Friends & Family Smart at work – for a more sustainable worklife through all stages of life”.
Honest and inspiring stories shared. Like how being a basket ball coach develops loads of and . And how builds the important awareness of how we never can assume that we fully understand another person. Not without asking questions to understand the children more. This requires and develops a that many leaders and employees should have more of towards each other, for easier and prosperous collaboration for all.
We also discussed other (than competence) company wins with a more Familysmart mindset at work. On top, connecting to common company values, was a more and work life where all can thrive, where it’s easier to employees, new top talent, get and as well as more and .
Looking forward to discuss further with openminded leaders/employees/employers about the universal keys connecting all in the same conviction: family life is valuable also at work and should be seen as an asset and investment, not a burden and cost. With and .

Kasia Madera from BBC starting the first panel at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Conference about inclusive family policies in Istanbul today.
Dubravka Suica, European Commission Vice-President for Democracy and Demography first, talking about that no one should be left behind. Family care should be in the center of national policies. Accessible, available and affordable for all. Employers can also implement family supportive measures with lots if wins for them, not the least reduce the desire if employees to seek other employment. Happier families, sustainable workplaces and more resilient societies.
