The total commitment is approximately 2.5 hours, and appropriate compensation is provided.

This space is ideal for singing lessons, piano lessons, and/or personal practice and study.

Amenities: The studio includes a private toilette and various accessories designed to ensure maximum comfort during your sessions.

Sharing Terms & Availability:
The studio is shared strictly on specific days and times, with broad availability windows that include Saturdays and Sundays.

Strict House Rules:
To ensure respect for the space and other users, utmost reliability is required.
The following are strictly prohibited:
🚫 Sleeping or overnight stays in the studio.
🚫 Pets of any kind.
🚫 Smoking inside the premises.
