SPF 101
We’re sure you’ve heard it before, SPF should be worn every single day. But as a Scandi beauty brand based in Stockholm where the UV index is often 0, it can feel unnecessary to pack on the sunscreen. It’s not though. While the UV index may be 0, that number only refers to UVB rays, the kind that can give you a sunburn. UVA rays, however, are the ones that lead to skin ageing. And while there is nothing wrong with signs of ageing, there is no point in exposing your skin to needless damage.

Special tip: UVB = burn, UVA = ageing.
