Summary of the first races of the season in the Timeattack and Extreme series.
Unfortunately, during training for the Timeattack we had a problem with the gear shifts where the symptoms were like ”throttle hang” in certain corners which became very unsafe. So to be on the safe side we did not drive the Timeattack until it was resolved.
We then found the problem in the airpressure cylinder for the gears and resolved it.

Extreme race 1
We started last as we did not have a qualifying time due to Friday’s problems. On lap 4 a noise was heard from the diff and two cogs had broken. We still managed to drive the 10th lap of the race and finished in 14th place from 21st place.

Extreme race 2
We did not manage to get the diff in order but we chose to drive the race with the lowest boost pressure and as calmly as possible to get to the finish. This results in a new PB of lap time😳 and in finishing in 12th place from 18th place💪🏁

Still a good result considering the problems we had.

Now we reload to Mantorp Park for another PB💪
