🔘 2. Foster a well-being mindset
Demonstrate to your employees that you are taking seriously what worries or stresses them the most and let them share it with you. You'll be able to recognise their feelings and emotional boundaries by letting them be transparent with you. That way when you will need to give some sort of feedback you will know how to do it in the right way avoiding the stressful situation.
Encourage your employees to be open with you about their problems at work and with work. Don't forget to give them a chance to leave earlier on a stressful day to recover and demonstrate your care.

Organise social connections a couple of times a month or more recently. Maybe team building activities or happy hour will let them relax mentally and create stronger relationships and trust with whom they spend this time. Celebrate important days like birthdays together in a team to make employees feel connected.

Show that every given role in this organisation matters. Present and demonstrate how each employee contributes to this organisation and its goals. Employees will feel that they are valued again.

A website where you can share your full description of your job and skills will allow employers to contact you for short or long-term projects.
2) Upwork.com
So far, the best website we think for different types of freelancers to use. You advertise yourself as a freelancer, demonstrating what you are capable of, and setting your own minimum price per hour. Customers see your projects history and feedback. Ability to record introduction video to present
yourself visible to everyone. Easy to communicate, navigate and a great opportunity for both employers and freelancers.
3) LinkedIn
Of course, how could we not mention LinkedIn? We use a sales navigator combined with other sources, where we look for and hire developers. However, Sales Navigator will be more beneficial if one thing will be improved. All freelancers that seek a job or are still open to new opportunities while having a job should mention it somewhere on their profile (open to work or open to new opportunities). The additional helpful thing would be adding 'open to work' to the profile photo. That way for recruiters it will be easier to find you and get in touch with you.
4) Glassdoor.com + Indeed.com
Glassdoor is an American website where current and former employees anonymously review companies. Indeed is collaborating with Glassdoor, so they are interlinked. Great sources to create your profile there and check it from time to time for updates and offers.
So far, these are the best sources that allow you not to pay for it and still be successful in finding a job or a candidate.
