During the early days of Tropical Scandinavia, we used to escape the Swedish winter and go somewhere warm to rest, surf and work. During those travels, we’d always be inspired by handicrafts and different protective symbols which every culture seemed to have. So the idea grew to make our own totem - and the Protector was born🐯

It might look like a very simple symbol, but it took many sketches until we found the right shape and feeling. The idea of the Protector is simple - rather than scaring off bad spirits, it’s a protector of all the good and fun within. Bad things will come and go, there’s not always much we can do about it, but what we can do is protect our own energy and decide how we react to the world around us. Taking a mental step back and deciding which eyes we choose to perceive the world with👀

As Einstein put it, “The most fundamental decision you have to make in your life is this, do you live in a friendly or hostile universe?”
