Our Fast Growing IT company is expanding and currently looking for the right candidate to our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager, please submit your CV via email or send it to us on Facebook.

Guideline of Responsibilities

* Recruit, hire, and train our sales team
* Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
* Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement lead generation
* Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
* Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the team
* Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
* Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
* Design, maintain and run marketing campaigns
* Identify and meet new customers
* Develop product offerings by combining existing products and services, e.g bundles deals, etc.
* Organising company trade shows and marketing events, in conjunction with marketing campaigns.
* Building brand awareness and positioning, including the constant alignment with the marketing strategy. This will include handling social media, Public relation and content marketing.
* Conduct Market and sales research including customer pulse surveys to evaluate to the success of the campaign
* Implement CRM lead generation

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, Communications, Sales or
related field
* 5 years of experience in sales
* Proven successful marketing campaign
design and ex*****on.
* Proven experience with online
marketing, including social media and
content marketing
* Strong English and Arabic oral and
written communication skills
* Proven ability to lead a team to meet
quotas
* Excellent leadership skills
* Experience setting sales goals
* Results-oriented with strong analytical
skills
* Deep understanding of CRM systems
and best practices
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Be a TEAM PLAYER
