This week’s Weekly TBT meeting at the TB Four Seasons Amaala Project focused on Falling Object Prevention and Prohibited Use of Audio Devices at Work Place, reinforcing critical control measures, hazard reporting, and safe work practices.
The session included active participation from site management, SI workers, and subcontractors; ensuring alignment with our HSE standards.

We proudly honored four workers with Safety Appreciation Certificates and Gift Vouchers for their outstanding commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Saudi Icon has signed a fast-track turnkey fit-out package for high-end residential developments with ROSHN. The scope includes high-end finishes, decorative canopies, full MEP systems, external and internal landscaping, and façade solutions featuring premium aluminum systems.

ROSHN remains one of our major clients, with several successfully delivered projects, and we look forward to strengthening this strategic partnership. This project also allows us to showcase the capabilities of our UNICON HOLDING specialized companies: Monoline, KAWN, Unicraft, and others; whose combined expertise enables us to meet tight timelines while maintaining the high-end quality our client expects.

Recently, our AMAALA project team conducted a dedicated Safety Campaign at TB–Four Seasons Amaala, focusing on the theme: “Safety on Open Floors.”

Open floors present critical risks such as falls, tripping, and equipment-related incidents; but with the right awareness and discipline, they are 100% preventable.

The campaign, led by SI Amaala Management, served as an important reminder that:
- Your safety is our priority
- Every action counts
- A safe site is a successful site

Our Commercial Director, Waleed Abulnadi, recently attended the 5th Construction Technology ConFex | Data Centre Technology ConFex in Riyadh, the Kingdom’s must-attend event for anyone driving smarter, greener, and faster project delivery.

The event brought together government authorities, top project owners, contractors, and design consultants, connecting the decision-makers behind Saudi Arabia’s mega projects. From digital solutions to smart materials, Waleed explored technologies that are transforming the way buildings, infrastructure, and cities are delivered.
